Kit: Carry a nylon zippered pouch with the medication
and nutrition items. Have another small pouch with
the appropriate routine items and wash / wipes or
hand sanitizer. Have the kit available on the plane in
your carry on case.
Basic First Aid Kit:
First aid instructions, adhesive tape, ten adhesive
bandages, two sterile gauze pads, antibacterial ointment,
petroleum jelly, two alcohol prep-pads, two antiseptic
towelettes, two iodine prep pads, four aspirin, and one
bar of cleansing soap. All packaged in a durable nylon
zippered pouch.

Extensive First Aid:
Include all the items in the travel-med list. Have one
small pouch for the medication and nutrition items. Use

larger first-aid pouch with pockets and dividers for the
