The travel and first aid kits are not a recommendation or medical advice.  They are a beginning point for preparing your own requirements for travel.

Always Travel Wellness Kit: Carry a nylon zippered pouch with the medication and nutrition items. Have another small pouch with the appropriate routine items and wash / wipes or hand sanitizer. Have the kit available on the plane in your carry on case.

Basic First Aid Kit: First aid instructions, adhesive tape, ten adhesive bandages, two sterile gauze pads, antibacterial ointment, petroleum jelly, two alcohol prep-pads, two antiseptic towelettes, two iodine prep pads, four aspirin, and one bar of cleansing soap. All packaged in a durable nylon zippered pouch.

Better First Aid: A Guide to Wilderness and Travel Medicine ESSENTIAL EQUIPMENT: Splinter Picker/Tick Remover Forcep WOUND MANAGEMENT: Butterfly closure Strips (3), Tincture of Benzoin, Triple Antibiotic Ointment (3), Antiseptic Towelettes (3), 3 x 4 Moleskin. MEDICATIONS: Extra-Strength Tylenol® (4), Motrin® (4), Antihistamine (2), Pepto Bismal® (12), Dristan® (4). BANDAGE MATERIAL: 3 x 3 Sterile Dressing (3), Non-adherent Sterile Dressing, Conforming Gauze Bandage 2", Tape 1/2" x 10 yards, Strip and Knuckle Bandages (7), Q-Tips® (2). Extensive First Aid: Include all the items in the travel-med list. Have one small pouch for the medication and nutrition items. Use another small pouch for the routine items. Obtain a larger first-aid pouch with pockets and dividers for the first-aid type items.
